NPIA has been carrying out various activities for achievement of its objectives. Such activities are as follows:-

• Training:
  • NPIA conducts various types of management and skill oriented trainings to entrepreneurs and their employees for enhancing their knowledge and capabilities.
• Workshop and Seminar
  • Such programs are conducted to create awareness in Pashmina entrepreneurs about relevant development in policies, practices and trends and to share knowledge.
• Market Promotion
  • It facilitates to search and identify the potential international markets and assist in the participation of trade-fairs, exhibitions and business to business (B2B) meetings both at national and international levels.
• Trade Delegation
  • NPIA has organized trade delegations to explore pashmina markets in international level.
• Lobbying and Advocacy
  • NPIA has been advocating and lobbying for various issues concerning Pashmina sector, especially its' development and promotion in national and international markets.
• Publicity and Information Dissemination
  • NPIA collects and disseminates useful information related to pashmina through its own publications i.e. bulletin and souvenir; and by using different electronic medias.
• Coordination
  • NPIA is working as a bridge between pashmina entrepreneurs and other related organizations for overall development of pashmina promotion.
